Heritage buildings connect us to our past and their preservation ensures that our children and grandchildren will understand “where they came from.”

Four Point Exteriors Ltd. works with the Client & Heritage Society to assure the preservation of our iconic Buildings located here on Vancouver Island, while also collaborating with the Envelope Engineer to provide a Roof that not only meets the aesthetic requirements but also building code envelope requirements.
Four Point Exteriors Ltd. recently completed the roof restoration on the 100+ year old Duncan Municipal Hall. This project required the careful removal of the original slate tiles, a structural upgrade of the roof substrate and installation of a new synthetic slate tile to match the original aesthetic of the structure.
